Gender expression is how a person publicly expresses or presents their gender. This can include behavior and outward appearance such as dress, hair, make-up, body language, and voice.

Understand the case for gender expression and why it matters at work

Reflect on what are some of the key perception / social norm factors that impact gender identity inclusion/exclusion

Get exposure to the challenges of the LGBTQIA+ community and how to be an effective ally
You will leave the session:

Educated about the different identities and variety of expressions in the LGBTQIA+ domain

Clear about the importance of dialogue with community members
