INTERRUPTING UNCONSCIOUS BIAS

There is a saying that “if you have a brain, you have bias” (often attributed to David Eagleman, a neuroscientist and author).

Our inherent bias is neither good or bad and we can become aware of it and interrupt it. Many biases prevent us from making the best, most informed decisions both in business and in relationships.

When we are conscious about our biases and with clear habits, it's easier than what we might think, to interrupt biases and create a more inclusive environment.
