INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP

The world is changing, and in turn, what organizations expect and employees need from leaders is changing.

These days, to succeed in the changing and increasingly complex era, companies need the full contribution of everyone on the team.


By providing the necessary tools and training, we enable leaders to effectively create genuine connections, exhibit inclusive behaviors, set the tone, and model the behaviors for their team to create an environment where each person feels seen, valued, respected, and able to contribute, fully. 

Using interactive exercises and open discussion, backed by case studies and examples, leaders develop the ability to effectively model inclusive behaviors; and a personal narrative around DEI that allows them to gain a renewed self-awareness around their own DEI related growth areas.

In the program we will:

  • Get to know the business case for inclusive leadership and leader's role in creating an equitable and inclusive environment

  • Understand why highly inclusive managers are so successful and what they have in common

  • Become aware of the concepts of Allyship, Psychological Safety, and Microaggressions and practice how to embrace inclusive behaviors to be able to model them in day-to-day interactions 

You will leave the program:

  • Clear about your own leadership style and walk away with effective strategies to lead inclusively and create belonging within your team

  • Knowledgeable on which behaviors promote belonging among employees so that they feel comfortable bringing their full, authentic, and productive selves to work

  • Equipped with an applicable toolkit and resource list
